- PATHS OF EGRESS: Clear all paths of egress verifying safe exit routes
- EXTINGUISHERS: Check all extinguishers and make sure the “Arrow” is in the green on the gauge.
- Confirm you have a Class K (chrome) extinguisher in your kitchen.
- EXIT LIGHTS: Check your exit and emergency lights by doing a 60-second test to check to make sure all batteries are working properly.
- Simply press and hold the “Test” button to verify batteries are charged and working
- KITCHEN SUPPRESSION: Check to make sure the system is “Armed” by checking tank gauges.
- Suppression tanks are housed in a metal cabinet on the side of your exhaust hood or wall near the exhaust hood
