A lot has changed since Friday and Nelbud is on the fast track to getting out in front of a lot of unknowns. Every day we are updating policies and will continue to push them out.

A lot has changed since Friday and Nelbud is on the fast track to getting out in front of a lot of unknowns.  Every day we are updating policies and will continue to push them out.

  • I DEMAND everyone follow the hygiene standards at all times.  All employees wipe down there workstations at least 3 times per shift which includes vehicles, desks, and technology, etc
    • I also changed the glove policy to include all times outside the office
      • While driving, while onsite, and while in the warehouse.  NO EXCEPTIONS
  • FAQ Site will be up and running tonight and will help employees and families be clear on Nelbud’s policies and support
    • I need you to also encourage every employee to at the very least listen to all my videos about the virus.  A lot of questions get answered in those videos.
  • Employee Text Hotline # is 317-451-6616 – Everyone in the company will get a text message showing they are included.  I am also opening this up to families as well.
  • Pay:
    • Technicians – Hourly and commission
    • Sales Representatives – commission
  • Although our role in the fight against the virus is rapidly changing, we will take this opportunity to provide community-focused ESSENTIAL services to the customers we serve.
  • We are created a COVID19 Action Committee to lead the support and disinfectant services we are launching
    • We have been having meetings all week and are working around the clock to finalize go-forward plans.
    • We purchased 3000 gallons of COVID Fighting Chemical that will be delivered Monday
    • We purchased more than 10 foggers that are due to arrive in less than 30 days
    • We purchased (160) N95 Masks and have another 160 on order
    • We are working as fast as we can to protect you and start the disinfection program
  • Nelbud may be one of the safest places to work:
    • Chemicals we use are designed to break down animal fat
    • Sodium Hydroxide by design is meant to kill what is on a surface
    • Have Pride that the USS Hospital ships that are being deployed are Nelbud customers
    • Temperature Check Process
  • We must do our part to protect the community
  • If you do not feel comfortable coming to work, we will not force you to come in.  The health and safety of Nelbud is our #1 priority.  Please speak with your supervisor about concerns and we will address each one the best we can.

We are in this together.  I am committed to each of you.  The senior team is working around the clock like the rest of the team to find progressive ways to protect the company.
