Nelbud Services LLC Acquires Northwest Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Services Corp. & Hood Repair Inc. based in Seattle, WA

Seattle, January 16, 2026 – Nelbud Services LLC, the nation’s largest self-performing services company providing the combined services of commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, fire protection, grease trap services, and kitchen ventilation control & services, has completed the acquisition of Northwest Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Services Corp. and Hood Repair Inc., both based in Seattle, WA.

This acquisition further expands Nelbud’s self-perform footprint in the U.S.
